Chef/Owner Utku Cinel’s was trained in French Culinary Institute in 2003. Two of his greatest passions in life are fine cuisine and collecting antiques, which he has happily been successful in combining in the realization of Antique Garage Soho. Transforming an auto-body repair shop on its last legs to a charming dining venue reflects Utku’s talents and creative energy. With the same attention to detail as the forming of Antique Garage’s space, it is Utku’s priority that great care is taken to ensure that his personalized blend of Mediterranean dishes expresses all of their delicate intricacies.

Despite gaining popularity of Antique Garage among competitive restaurant scene In New York, Chef Cinel decided to start a new project in his home country Turkey, which is called “Balikci” in Babakale .
